With decades of success selling their product in the B2B space, Pure & Gentle® had neglected their direct to consumer brand and experience. They had a great story to tell. They were doing the right thing for people, pets and the planet.

We got to work shaping their brand story so that it embodied who they are. The brand needed to appeal to Millennials and Gen X consumers 23-54. We targeted ecologically-aware mainstream consumers who want to do the right thing but need it to be easy.

We use clean green chemistry to make our gentle soaps, cleaners and lotions. Because carefully choosing what goes into our products is one of the most important things we can do. And how we make our products matters because it affects the home we all share — this one beautiful planet.
